With the support of the Industrial Development Fund JSC, a project has been implemented in the village of Bayserke, Almaty region, to modernize and expand production at the Shin-Line plant.

The Shin-Line ice cream factory was launched in 2004. To date, it has undergone several major reconstructions and has grown to an industrial cluster with an area of 33 hectares.

The new plant consists of an ice cream factory, a factory for the production of frozen semi-finished products and various food products.

Investments of Industrial Development Fund JSC within the framework of the project are aimed at purchasing high-tech and innovative equipment for the production of ice cream with a capacity of 66 thousand tons of products per year.

The Shin-Line plant produces more than 140 types of products of international standard, is among the TOP 10 largest ice cream producers in the Eurasian Economic Union and is the leader in its production in Kazakhstan.

The plant's products are exported to Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Belarus, and Azerbaijan. And in the future, the Plant plans to enter the UAE market.

Modernization and introduction of new production technologies will allow the Shin-Line plant to produce 350 tons of products per day by 2027, as well as create about 2,500 new jobs.

Industrial Development Fund JSC makes a significant contribution to the development of the country's manufacturing industry, providing support to domestic enterprises whose products not only cover the needs of the domestic market, but also contribute to increasing the country's export potential.

The implementation of large-scale economic plans is impossible without the development of industry in the regions. Therefore, the Fund, in partnership with regional enterprises, promptly solves tasks that allow increasing production rates, creating competitive technologies and establishing import substitution processes.
