Jambylgips Joint Stock Company has put into operation the construction material plant. Modern, automatically-controlled,  high-tech four lines on production of micronic calcite, dry construction mixtures on gypsum bases, expanded perlite,  alabaster binding material have been installed in the new plant.

The investments to the project made up 2,5 billion tenge, where 860 million tenge were allocated by DBK-Leasing (subsidiary of Development Bank of Kazakhstan enters into the structure of Baiterek Holding) for buying the automated equipment.

- The development of construction material industry is one of the priority guidelines within the State program of industrial-innovative development. Besides, the active realization of the programs “Nurly Zhol” and “Nurly Zher” and in general the investment activity of the business promotes the growth of construction sector and increases the demand for construction materials. Therefore, the start-up of the new plant “Jambylgips” will provide the inner demands of the country in construction materials and also it provides input in import substitution, - said Nurlan Baibazarov, the Chairman of the Management Board of DBK-Leasing.

The construction of the new plant took 2,5 years. It is necessary to mention that it is the first plant in Kazakhstan that started the production of expanded perlite.

- Due to the measures of the state assistance our company could carry out this investment project and construct a unique alabaster binding material and dry construction mixtures plant. The new plant fully meets modern criterias. Due to the use of advanced European technologies, the costing of our production will be lower than those that exists in the market. It will let to sell the production successfully in the markets of Kazakhstan and to export it to the Russian Federation, Kyrgyzstan, Tadjikistan. The modern equipment will let to increase the production output          five-fold. The project could provide 56 new employments, - said Bolat Talasbayev, Director of the plant.

It is necessary to mention that the work of new work-shops is fully automatical. Therefore, only two men keep the process.

If before all technological processes were controlled “by hand-carry”, then in the new plant all processes are automatized and controlled by the industrial computer. Due to this the work culture is improving, labor efforts are decreasing and the main thing, the quality of the produced production is improving. Besides, the advantage of the new plant is that the production is 100% ecologically pure, - said Askar Mazalbekov, the plant operator.
