In 2000 she graduated from the University «Turan» with a degree in Finance and Credit. Currently enrolled in the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations at the Faculty of Economics (Master Degree).
Work experience:
Ibrasheva Zhanar began her career in 2001 as a chief treasurer for the execution of the Republican budget in the district Department of the Treasury of Kyzylorda region. In the period from 2002 to 2007 she worked in the Ministry of Finance
of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a chief specialist, head of the department of Government Obligations.
Since October 2007, she has been working at Industrial Development Fund JSC, where she held various positions
as general manager, deputy director of the Planning and Corporate Finance Department, and Director of the Planning and Corporate Finance Department.
By the decision of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Fund JSC on October 4, 2022, the powers as a Member of the Management Board of the Industrial Development Fund JSC were extended.
Organizes, coordinates and controls the following activities:
1) control over financial issues of the Company, accounting, tax accounting and reporting, interaction with auditing organizations (external auditors) for the audit of financial statements;
2) monitoring the process of the execution of the Company's budget;
organization providing reports on the execution of the Company's budget;
3) organization and coordination of issues related to the implementation of the Company's accounting policy. coordinates and supervises the process of drafting and preparing documents for the issue and placement of shares of the Industrial Development Fund;
4) organises, coordinates and supervises the execution of the borrowing and liabilities management policy and the investment portfolio management process;
5) organises, coordinates and supervises the strategic planning of activities
and development of the Industrial Development Fund, interaction with governmental bodies.
