DEAR POTENTIAL SUPPLIERS!
Hereby we inform you that the Industrial Development Fund has switched to an electronic format for procurement. Procurements are conducted on the Procurement Portal at https://eep.mitwork.kz/. Interested potential suppliers can register on the Procurement Portal and participate in the conducted procurements.

Marketing Research

In order to ensure optimal and effective planning and utilisation of the funds of Industrial Development Fund JSC, the Fund conducts marketing research to determine the monitoring price of goods, works, and services planned for procurement.

Marketing research is carried out on the Procurement Portal at: https://eep.mitwork.kz. To participate, potential suppliers are required to register on the specified portal.

Appeal of Procurement Results

Potential suppliers of the Holding and its subsidiaries who have encountered violations of procurement rules are entitled to appeal the actions or inactions, and decisions of the contracting authority to the Centralised Procurement Control Service (CPCS) in the manner and within the timeframes established by Article 16 of the Law "On Procurement by Certain Entities of the Quasi-Public Sector".

It should be noted that upon submission of a complaint within the established timeframes, the conclusion of the procurement contract is suspended by the CPCS until the expiry of the complaint review period. Upon confirmation of the facts stated in the complaint, the CPCS shall take the appropriate measures provided for by the Law, up to and including the annulment of the procurement results. A complaint regarding the actions (inactions) or decisions of JSC "NMH "Baiterek" or its subsidiaries conducting procurement may be submitted to the CPCS through the electronic procurement information system.
