"DBK-Leasing" will allocate 26 billion tenges for leasing of buses, combines and tractors of national production

As part of a comprehensive plan to renovate the critically worn-out machinery park in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the government provides money to finance legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who lease buses, combines and tractors. The operator of this program will be "DBK-Leasing" JSC. The task of renewing public transport and providing quality services for the transportation of citizens is relevant for all regions of the country. Today, 65% of the country's bus fleet consists of buses older than 7 years. Depreciation of the agricultural machinery fleet has reached a critical level: 86% for tractors and 72% for combines. In the first two years, it is planned to renovate about 700 buses, tractors and combines. In 5 years, more than 1000 units of equipment are planned to be upgraded taking into account the revolving financing. Implementation of the program of financing the purchase of buses for passenger transportation on regular and non-scheduled routes and financing the purchase of combines and tractors through JSC "DBK-Leasing", provided the interest rate of no more than 7% per annum will significantly ease the burden on the business at the time of purchase and initial development under the contract. The initial installment is expected to be from 15%, the lease term - up to 7 years, with a grace period of up to 6 months for the development. The provision of a budget loan of KZT 13 billion, including a 50% mix with commercial financing, will allow "DBK-Leasing" JSC to provide lease financing of equipment manufactured in Kazakhstan for the agro-industrial sector of the economy in the amount of KZT 6 billion and domestically produced buses in the amount of KZT 20 billion during 2018-2033 on a revolving credit basis. Borrowers will be offered agricultural machinery and buses produced by "SaryarkaAvtoProm" LLP, "AgromashHoldingKZ" JSC, "Vector Combine Plant" LLP, "SemAZ" LLP, "Hyundai Trans Auto" LLP and "Daewoo Bus Kazakhstan" LLP.
