KZTA - Kazakhstan Pipeline Valve Plant has implemented a large-scale project to comprehensively modernize its production facilities with financial support from the Industrial Development Fund JSC.
As a result, the domestic manufacturer acquired up-to-date, technically innovative equipment that meets the highest international standards in the industry.
The comprehensive modernization of the plant aims to automate the production process and increase the company’s production capacity tenfold—from 4,500 to 45,000 units of pipeline valves, including gates, shut-off valves, control valves, and ball valves.
This product range is in high demand in the oil and gas, chemical industries, heat energy, water supply and sewage, and other industrial sectors.
Pipeline valves ensure high levels of sealing and connection reliability, resistance to aggressive environments, and durability under high pressure. In this regard, the use of specialized valve types, such as shut-off, control, and safety valves, ensures the safety and efficiency of industrial operations.
Prior to the comprehensive modernization, KZTA - Kazakhstan Pipeline Valve Plant employed 41 people. Following the full-scale technical upgrade and the achievement of full production capacity, the company will create 150 new jobs
