Payment of dividends to the Sole Shareholder based on the results of 2019

DBK-Leasing JSC announces the payment to the Sole Shareholder, Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, dividends for 2019 in the amount of 1,055,126,077.20 tenge. Profit for 2019 amounted to 3,517,086,924 tenge.
The corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC on April 13, 2020. The dividend payment was made on June 15, 2020.
