Special Project: Industrial Development Fund Supports the Production of Confectionery Products at Bayan Sulu JSC Plant

With the support of Industrial Development Fund JSC Kostanay Confectionery Factory Bayan Sulu JSC has successfully implemented a project to expand and modernize its production activities. 

Today, Bayan Sulu JSC is one of the largest enterprises in the country for the production of confectionery products. The factory has been pleasing its customers with delicious and high-quality products for more than forty years. 

The fundamental difference between the factory and many manufacturers is the availability of its own cocoa bean processing equipment. Therefore, all raw materials — cocoa butter, cocoa powder and cocoa mass are produced here independently. 

The Fund's investments in the framework of the project are aimed at purchasing Swiss equipment for the production of waffle products and confectionery packaging, with a production capacity of 1947 tons per year.

Due to provided support, the company has successfully launched a new production, introducing innovative technologies and high-tech equipment. The main objectives of the project were not only to meet domestic demand, but also to increase competitiveness in domestic and international markets.

In total, the company employs more than 1500 people and produced more than 300 high-quality products, which are sold for export to Russia, Germany, Ukraine, China, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.

The factory behind the well-known brand has outstanding production capabilities. The successful path of transformation and innovation, which was carried out with the support of the Industrial Development Fund, allowed not only to expand the range of high-quality products, but also became an engine for the development of the region. The project not only enriched our experience in the field of production, but also emphasized the importance of investment in industry as a key factor for sustainable growth and prosperity of the country.
