On April 16, 2025, a meeting with representatives of the regional business community was held at the site of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan Region.
The event was attended by Farid Bakhtiozin, Chairman of the Council for Industry and Industrialization of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of WKR, Marat Zharylkasynov, Regional Representative of Industrial Development Fund JSC for WKR, Nurzhan Utepbayev, Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of WKR, as well as top executives of processing industry enterprises in the region.
One of the key topics on the agenda was the presentation on the activities of the Industrial Development Fund JSC. The Fund's regional representative provided a detailed overview of the financial institution’s comprehensive work aimed at the systematic development of the industrial and infrastructure sectors of the country, as well as its financing mechanisms and programs.
The speaker paid particular attention to the Fund’s preferential remuneration rates for leasing financing under investment projects and the full support provided by the Fund's staff in preparing the required documentation package for submission to the financial institution.
In addition, preliminary negotiations were held with potential borrowers interested in cooperating with the Industrial Development Fund JSC. During these meetings, Marat Zharylkasynov elaborated on the terms of leasing financing offered by the Fund.
Apart from the main event, a working meeting was also held in Uralsk between the Fund’s regional representative for WKR, Marat Zharylkasynov, and the Deputy Akim (Governor) of West Kazakhstan Region, Kalyar Aitmukhametov. The meeting focused on current issues related to the interaction between the financial institution and the regional administration.
