The project, supported by the Development Bank and the Industrial Development Fund, became the winner of the "Altyn Sapa" award

On December 7, in Astana, with the participation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the Altyn Sapa and Paryz contests was held.

The Prommashkomplekt enterprise from Pavlodar region became the winner of the Altyn Sapa award in the Best Industrial Project nomination. This plant is engaged in the production of full-cycle railway wheels. Now its production capacity is 300,000 wheels per year, it provides permanent employment for more than 700 Kazakhstani specialists.

In 2015, the Development Bank supported the project of the Prommashkomplekt company to create a complex for the production of railway wheels in Ekibastuz, which was successfully implemented in 2018 and had a capacity of 200,000 wheels per year at the start.

In 2019, the plant received support from the Industrial Development Fund for equipment leasing to expand production capacity. As a result, the enterprise increased its capacity from 200 to 300 thousand railway wheels per year.

The Industrial Development Fund congratulates the teams of Prommashkomplekt and other winners of the Altyn Sapa and Paryz contests and wishes them new success in their work.
