On 23 October 2026, in the conference hall of JSC “National Investment Holding “Baiterek”, Timur Tyulebekov, Managing Director of the Industrial Development Fund, was awarded a Letter of Appreciation on behalf of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov.
In a ceremonial setting, the award, timed to coincide with Republic Day, was presented to the Fund’s representative by Rustam Karagoishin, Chairperson of the Management Board of JSC “NIH “Baiterek”.
Timur Tyulebekov holds two higher education degrees and is a graduate of the University of Warsaw with a Master’s degree in International Trade. He also graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting.
Timur Borisovich’s total professional experience exceeds 18 years, during which he has held managerial positions in financial and banking institutions and in the quasi-public sector.
He has worked at Industrial Development Fund JSC since 2016. Demonstrating academic knowledge, strategic thinking, and organisational and communication skills, over 10 years he progressed from Chief Manager of the Project Directorate to Managing Director of the Fund.
With Timur Tyulebekov’s direct participation, the number of investment projects under implementation was significantly increased, the quality of transaction analysis was improved, the portfolio management mechanism of the financial institution was enhanced, and the project monitoring process was optimised.
Under his management, the largest projects were implemented in the manufacturing industry and the railway sector, as well as significant leasing transactions within state sectoral programmes.
The high degree of responsibility demonstrated in his daily work, together with Timur Borisovich’s analytical qualities and professional approach, contributes to the successful implementation of projects, the achievement of key indicators, and the sustainable development of the Industrial Development Fund.
