Operational and emergency services

Aims: renewal of worn-out fire (fire equipment), sanitary (ambulances) parks, emergency vehicles (patrol and other vehicles) in accordance with the SPIID Program by providing leasing financing from the Industrial Development Fund JSC.

Tasks: strengthening the material and technical base of operational, emergency and special services.

The subject of leasing - a vehicle for the needs of operational, emergency and special services of domestic production, new (previously not in operation) and not older than 2 years as of the date of the request of the potential lessee for the acquisition of the leased item.

The participants of the Program are:
1) JSC Industrial Development Fund JSC;

2) lessee – state institutions, local, central and state executive bodies, institutions, state municipal enterprises on the right of economic management and state-owned municipal enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has concluded a financial leasing agreement with Industrial Development Fund JSC for the purpose of acquiring leasing items on the terms of financial leasing;

Conditions of leasing financing within the framework of the implementation of measures

Conditions for providing long-term lease financing for a potential lessee:
1) the period of leasing financing is not more than 7 years;
2) the currency of financing is tenge;
3) initial payment (advance payment) on leasing – not less than 15% (in case of repayment of lease payments at the expense of the republican or local budgets, financing without an advance payment is allowed);
4) commissions, tariffs and additional costs are not charged;
5) insurance of the leased item under the CASCO program is carried out at the expense of the lessee, taking into account the specifics of the operation of the leased items;
6) confirmation of the lessee's solvency in case of repayment of lease payments at the expense of the republican and / or local budgets is not required;
7) signing of a Project support agreement between the Company, the lessee and the central and / or local executive body;
