Special purpose vehicles

Since 2015, Industrial Development Fund JSC has been the operator of the Leasing Financing Program to support the production of domestic cars.

The purpose of the Program is to support the development of production of domestic automakers.

The subject of leasing is motor vehicles and special-purpose vehicles of domestic production, with the exception of agricultural machinery and passenger transport, new, not previously used and not older than 2 years as of the date of the request of the potential Lessee for the acquisition of the leased item.

The participants of the Program are::
Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC
Industrial Development Fund JSC ;

Domestic manufacturers of motor vehicles and special-purpose vehicles from the list provided by the Authorized State Body (department);
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who purchase motor vehicles and special-purpose vehicles of domestic production for leasing, with the exception of agricultural machinery and passenger transport.

The Program is implemented in the following ways:
1) by contacting potential Lessees to the domestic automaker with an application for attracting leasing financing;
2) through the participation of Industrial Development Fund JSC in the procurement of financial leasing services as a potential supplier.

The main conditions of leasing financing:
1) the term of leasing financing is from 3 to 5 years;
2) the nominal interest rate is 3 (three) % per annum;
3) the currency of financing is tenge;
4) initial payment (advance payment) on leasing – 30% of the cost of the Leased Item;
5) grace period for payment of the principal debt-up to 6 months from the date of signing the DFL or from the date of transfer of the Leased Object to the Lessee (by decision of the authorized body of Industrial Development Fund JSC);

6) the transfer of Leasing Items to subleasing is prohibited.
7) the maximum period of production and delivery of the Leased Item is 9 months from the date of signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
