Born in 1983.
Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Education:
Graduated in 2008 from Osaka University, Faculty of Economics (Osaka, Japan), with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business.
Graduated in 2023 from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government (Massachusetts, USA), with a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

He started his professional career in 2008:
From 2008 to 2011, he worked as a developer at Simplex Inc. (Tokyo, Japan).
From 2012 to 2018, he held various positions at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC (Tokyo, Japan).
From 2019 to 2020, he was involved in the digitization of the social and labor sphere, as well as a Director of the Department of Analysis and Development of Public Services at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2020 to 2021, he served as a Director of the Department of Digitalization of Corporate Solutions at BI Innovations LLP (Astana).
From 2023 to 2024, he was selected as a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of National managing holding Baiterek JSC and by the decision of the Board of Directors was elected as a member of the Management (dated August 29, 2023).
Since July 31, 2024, by the Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC he has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of Industrial Development Fund JSC.
