Rinat Gapparov started his career in 1995 in CJSC DB "ABN AMRO Bank Kazakhstan", where he held the positions of Chief Manager of the Risk Management Department, Head of the Syndicated Loans Department, Project Manager for the implementation of custodial and registration services. In the period from 2003 to 2007, he worked as a director of Kazavtotech LLP (Technab-K group of companies).
From July 2007 to January 2013, he held the positions of Director of the Risk Management Department, Head of the Project Directorate at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC. Has experience working as a financial director in private structures.
By the decision of the Board of Directors of Industrial Development Fund JSC on October 4, 2022, he was elected a Member of the Management Board of Industrial Development Fund JSC.
Organizes, coordinates and controls the following activities:
1) ensuring the organization, coordination and control of issues related to the management of the leasing portfolio of the Industrial Development Fund;
2) organization, coordination and control over the preparation of conclusions within the framework of a comprehensive examination of leasing transactions, ensures the implementation of procedures for the development and conclusion of purchase and sale agreements;
3) representation of the interests of the Industrial Development Fund on issues of its competence in relations with state bodies, legal entities and individuals.
