Turysbekov Dauren Seilhanovich

Born in 1980.

Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2001, he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with specialization in economics and marketing managment.

In 2009-2010, he studied for a Master's degree in Strategic Management (Executive MBA) at the International Business School of T. Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics.

In 2013-2014, he completed a scientific internship at the Faculty of Economics of Plymouth University (Great Britain).

He started his professional career in October 2001 at the Ministry of Finance.

From 2002 to 2004, he worked as a leading specialist, chief specialist, head of the department of national debt analysis of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning.

From 2004 to 2006, he worked at the Ministry of Industry and Trade as head of the Foreign Trade Department.

From 2006 to 2011, he held senior positions at the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty.

In 2011-2021, he held senior positions at Kazpost JSC.

From 2021 to 2022, he was a member of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Public-Private Partnership Center JSC.

Since June 4, 2024, he has been elected by the Board of Directors of JSC Development Bank of Kazakhstan as an independent director and member of the Board of Directors of JSC Industrial Development Fund.

He is a member of the Human Resources, Remuneration and Social Affairs Committee and the Strategic Planning and Corporate Development Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors of Industrial Development Fund JSC.
