A new autoclaved gas block production plant has been put into operation in the Almaty region with financial support from Industrial Development Fund JSC. A lease has been provided to TK Gasblock LLP for a period of 7 years with an annual interest rate of 9%.
The domestic company is equipped with up-to-date technology that meets the highest industry standards. The production line features the latest equipment, and the manufacturing process is fully automated, ensuring the production of top-quality products.
The production capacity of TK Gasblok LLP is up to 75,000 cubic meters of finished products per year. The company aims not only to significantly meet the domestic demand for this building material but also to export to neighboring countries.
Gas blocks are an artificial stone with evenly distributed pores (cells) that enhance the physical and mechanical properties of concrete. Because these pores significantly reduce the material's density, the weight of the gas block is also much lighter compared to cement-sand mortar.
As is well known, gas-concrete blocks are highly demanded in the construction of residential, administrative, and industrial buildings. They are widely used in frame-monolithic construction as the basis for both exterior and interior walls. Given the growth of the housing construction sector in the country, the demand for this construction material is increasing by an average of 7-10% annually.
The technological process for manufacturing autoclaved gas-concrete blocks includes preparing raw materials (cement, sand, lime, aluminum powder), mixing the components, pouring the molds, creating pores, generating gas, cutting, autoclaving, and final packaging.
According to production standards, the autoclaved gas block undergoes heat treatment in a special furnace, where the building material hardens firmly at high temperatures. As a result, the autoclaved gas block is an eco-friendly foam concrete material consisting of 85% air-filled cells. It is resistant to moisture, fire, and frost. The lightweight nature of gas blocks reduces the load on building foundations by nearly five times, and the construction speed using gas concrete increases tenfold.
The construction of a new autoclaved gas block production plant, with the financial support of Industrial Development Fund JSC will lead to the creation of 92 new jobs and an increase in tax revenues to the budget.
