In January 2026, Bus Park No. 1 JSC of Astana received 121 domestically produced Yutong public transport buses with financial support from Industrial Development Fund JSC.
It should be noted that in 2025, 179 similar buses were already delivered to this enterprise. Thus, the capital's largest carrier has been replenished with 300 units of transport with the Fund's support. The financial leasing term is 7 years at a preferential rate of 7% per annum.
This automotive equipment meets international quality standards in the field of public transportation. The buses are equipped with designated seats and special ramps for people with special needs, electronic ticketing systems, and video surveillance.
The new buses will serve the busiest and most in-demand routes. As is known, Astana demonstrates a steady increase in the number of residents, and accordingly, the need for passenger transportation increases every year. Currently, the passenger flow of public transport in Astana has reached 1.1 million people per day, which is 37% more than in 2024.
Overall, with the financial support of Industrial Development Fund JSC, 6,571 public passenger buses were upgraded across the country.
