On February 4, 2025, the emergency medical service station of the city of Astana received 19 Hyundai Staria ambulances, manufactured in Kazakhstan, with financial support from the Industrial Development Fund JSC. Earlier, in late December of the previous year, the medical facility was provided with 10 units of similar special equipment. In total, considering the already delivered ambulances, the fleet of the city’s emergency medical service will be replenished with 35 medical vehicles with the Fund’s support.
Such a significant upgrade of the sanitary transport will enhance the quality of medical services, as well as improve the safety and comfort of patient transportation.
These ambulances are also convenient for medical teams. The advantages of this equipment include high-tech features and resilience to the harsh weather conditions of the capital.
The modern emergency medical vehicles will enable healthcare personnel to reach patients promptly.
In 2024, with financial support from the Industrial Development Fund JSC, healthcare institutions in the country received a total of 260 ambulances.
