On May 23–24, 2025, Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Board of the Industrial Development Fund, Zhanar Ibrasheva, participated in the final certification of graduates of the Business Administration program at the Kenzhegali Sagadiyev University of International Business (UIB).
As an invited Chair of the Examination Board, Zhanar Shatyrkhanovna assessed the level of students’ professional preparedness and shared her extensive practical experience and industry knowledge. Her detailed and insightful answers to the graduates’ questions about the specifics of the industry sparked genuine interest and engagement. Her participation in the assessment process served not only as a motivational boost for the future financial professionals but also as an inspiring example on their career path.
– I am pleased to witness the growing interest of young people in Kazakhstan toward higher education. This positive trend clearly reflects the understanding among youth that education is the foundation for earning a respectable place in the professional community and public life. In today’s highly competitive environment, it is essential to continuously strive for growth and seek new knowledge. It is gratifying to see that UIB graduates fully realize the value of academic knowledge as a gateway to their careers and future. During today’s dialogue with the graduates, I emphasized that modern, in-demand education and professional development must remain a top priority for future specialists, – noted Zhanar Ibrasheva.
As part of the cooperation between the Industrial Development Fund and the University of International Business, several students received internship offers from the Fund — a significant step toward applying their academic knowledge in a real-world setting.
