On October 17, 2024, a seminar titled "Measures of State Support for Investment and Entrepreneurial Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan," organized by KAZAKH INVEST NC JSC, took place in the city of Taraz.
The event was attended by the head of the regional office of KAZAKH INVEST NC JSC - Marat Yesenov, Deputy Akim of the Zhambyl Region - Abulkhair Tamabek, Deputy Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Murat Zakiryanov, Director of Atameken Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs - Yerkin Atymtaev, representative of Industrial Development Fund JSC for the Southern region - Yerlan Moldyraimov, as well as top managers of quasi-state and commercial companies, investors, and local producers.
During the seminar, issues related to the interaction of authorized bodies with investors, mechanisms of state support for entrepreneurial activities, and the improvement of the investment climate were discussed.
More than 150 people participated in the event, including online attendees, who had the opportunity to ask questions, share their suggestions and initiatives, and discuss ways to further develop domestic production in a direct dialogue.
One of the key topics on the seminar’s agenda was the presentation by Industrial Development Fund JSC.
The representative of the Fund for the Southern region, Yerlan Moldyraimov, thoroughly explained to the seminar participants the activities of the financial institution, aimed at systematically supporting the industrial and manufacturing sectors in the country, as well as its financing programs.
The speaker placed special emphasis on preferential interest rates for leasing financing within the framework of investment projects, the reduction of collateral requirements for financial leasing through the instruments of Industrial Development Fund JSC, and the comprehensive support provided by the Fund's employees in forming the necessary documentation package for submission to the financial institution.
The representative of the Fund informed the audience about the financing programs of Industrial Development Fund JSC, which offer comprehensive support to domestic manufacturers, as well as high-tech and science-intensive projects.
During the presentation, Yerlan Moldyraimov provided detailed information on the measures of support and financing for socially significant projects, including the purchase of vehicles for operational and emergency services, special-purpose vehicles, agricultural equipment, buses, and aircraft.
At the end of his speech, the representative of Industrial Development Fund JSC thoroughly answered the questions raised by the seminar participants.
