On November 14, 2025, on the eve of the professional holiday, Deputy Chairmen of the Management Board of Industrial Development Fund JSC Azat Abaidildin and Maksim Priymakov, Head of the Regional Project Directorate Asylkhan Zikenov, and Director of the Project Analysis Department of the Fund Ernar Abylkassov were awarded distinctions dedicated to the Financier’s Day and the National Currency Day.
Azat Abaidildin and Maksim Priymakov were awarded medals “For Contribution to the Development of the Economy”, while Asylkhan Zikenov and Ernar Abylkassov received Letters of Appreciation on behalf of Rustam Karagoyshin, Chairman of the Management Board of ‘Baiterek’ National Managing Holding JSC. The awards were presented to the Fund’s representatives in a ceremonial setting by Rustam Karagoyshin himself.
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Industrial Development Fund JSC Azat Abaidildin holds a higher economic education and has more than 22 years of overall professional experience, during which he worked in senior positions in public service and the quasi-public sector.
Since 2017, he served as Head of the Project Directorate of Industrial Development Fund, and in 2023 he was elected Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
With Azat Talgatbekovich’s direct involvement, the leasing portfolio and the number of implemented investment projects increased significantly, and the quality of transaction analysis improved
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Industrial Development Fund JSC Maksim Priymakov holds a higher legal education and a Master of Laws degree. His total professional experience exceeds 17 years, including work in the banking sector at Kazkommerzbank JSC and Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC.
Maksim Maksimovich has been working at Industrial Development Fund JSC for over 7 years. From 2018, he served as Director of the Legal Department of the Fund, and in 2022, considering his academic knowledge, strategic thinking, organizational and communication skills, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Under Maksim Priymakov’s leadership, the quality of preparing expert opinions within the framework of comprehensive examination of leasing and loan transactions has been significantly improved, the contractual framework has been enhanced, and claim-related and litigation processes have been optimized.
Head of the Regional Project Directorate of Industrial Development Fund JSC Asylkhan Zikenov holds a higher economic education and has more than 8 years of professional experience. He worked in the quasi-public and private sectors, including about 4 years at Industrial Development Fund. He advanced from Leasing Transaction Specialist of Project Directorate No. 3 to Head of the Regional Project Directorate.
Under Asylkhan Berikovich’s leadership, the Regional Project Directorate achieved significant results, including improvement of the process for selecting and reviewing indicative conditions of investment projects, leasing transactions, and loan operations, as well as enhancement of internal procedures and support of ongoing and prospective projects.
Director of the Project Analysis Department of the Fund, Ernar Abylkassov, holds a higher economic education and has more than 18 years of professional experience, during which he worked in the banking sector and the quasi-public sector, including ATF Bank JSC, Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC, and Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC. In 2023, he was appointed Director of the Project Analysis Department of Industrial Development Fund JSC.
Under Ernar Dyussenbayevich’s leadership, the Project Analysis Department achieved significant positive results, including the development and approval of a project analysis methodology, which has improved the quality of analysis, as well as enhancement of business processes for assessing the socio-economic indicators of implemented projects.
