Enterprises of the Pavlodar region received the support of JSC "IDF"

The enterprises of the railway cluster of Pavlodar region received the support of JSC "Industrial Development Fund".

Within the framework of the state program of industrial and innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Industrial Development Fund, the projects "Organization of production of W-shaped elastic terminals, as well as track screws for rail fasteners" by Ferrotranstrade LLP and "Increasing the capacity of the complex for the production of railway wheels" by Prommashkomplekt LLP are being implemented in the city of Ekibastuz, Pavlodar region.

Modern terminals and rail fasteners manufactured by the Ferrotranstrade LLP plant are appreciated by railway builders all over the world. The plant has installed new high-tech equipment manufactured in Germany and Austria, thanks to which the products are of high quality and are not inferior to foreign analogues.

Annually, the plant produces 3 million rail fasteners and 4.5 million polymer gaskets. 160 new jobs have already been created.

Prommashkomplekt LLP is today the first and only enterprise in Kazakhstan for the production of solid-rolled wheels for the railway of a wide range of diameters and various disc designs.

The latest robotic technological equipment is installed at the plant, which allows to achieve high productivity and a minimum percentage of defects. Effective solutions significantly restrain the growth of production costs, while manufactured products meet international certification requirements and are successfully exported.

At the current capacity of the plant, 750 new jobs have been created. Additional equipment has been put into operation, allowing the production of up to 300 thousand wheels. The purchase of modern European equipment was carried out with the support of JSC "Industrial Development Fund".

The implementation of these projects will meet the domestic demand and increase the share of non-primary exports of the country in the railway industry.
