On September 19, 2025, in Astana, Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Chingis Arinov visited a new plant for the production of automotive components for fire trucks as well as for municipal vehicles and crew vans, commissioned with the financial support of Industrial Development Fund JSC. Taking part in the inspection of the facility alongside the head of the national emergency agency were Chairman of the Management Board of Industrial Development Fund Rinat Gapparov and the management of Autocomponents KZ LLP.
Within the framework of this large-scale investment project, Industrial Development Fund JSC financed the acquisition of 68 units of new, modern, integrated equipment for the production of automotive components. The high-tech equipment includes machines of various purposes, compressors, lifts, electric cranes, hydraulic guillotines, lasers, and other machinery necessary for manufacturing finished products. The leasing term is five years.
“The key criterion for the Fund’s support of any project is the economic and social impact that will ensure the development of the relevant industry over the long term. Today we are at a new, truly unique plant producing components for the domestic automotive industry. The operations of this enterprise, equipped with cutting-edge equipment meeting international standards, are focused on the production of mounted assemblies for fire trucks and other components. In this way, we are significantly increasing Kazakhstani content and strengthening the potential of the domestic automotive sector. With the launch of this production facility, another product bearing the label ‘Made in Kazakhstan’ has appeared. Industrial Development Fund will continue to fully support domestic manufacturers and work on expanding the range of Kazakhstani products. The Fund’s task is to ensure that finished products with a high level of localization roll off the assembly lines of new Kazakhstani plants. We are focused precisely on this goal, and the launch of this production facility is yet another confirmation of that,” emphasized Rinat Gapparov, Chairman of the Management Board of Industrial Development Fund JSC.
The new enterprise is an important link in the production cycle of domestic special-purpose vehicles for firefighters and will significantly reduce import dependence for this category of automotive products. The project also envisions an increase in the share of local content in the future.
The production capacity of Autocomponents KZ LLP’s plant is 250 units of technologically advanced mounted assemblies for fire trucks per year.
Thanks to the opening of the automotive components plant with the financial support of Industrial Development Fund JSC, 105 new jobs will be created and tax revenues to the budget will increase.
