Industrial Development Fund and NC "KazAvtoZhol" signed an agreement on the development of road transport infrastructure

Industrial Development Fund JSC (a subsidiary of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, hereinafter referred to as the Fund, IDF) and NC KazAvtoZhol JSC signed an Agreement on cooperation on the development of road transport infrastructure in Kazakhstan. According to the document, the Fund will invest in the purchase of 245 units of road maintenance equipment made in Kazakhstan for the needs of the regions.

The main part of the purchased equipment is combined road machines, auger snow blowers and other equipment. Combined road machines have a wide range of applications: in winter they are used to clear roads of snow and distribute de-icing materials, and in summer - for sweeping and washing the road surface, as well as watering green spaces.

Currently, the wear and tear of the special equipment fleet of JSC NC KazAvtoZhol is 65%, after updating this figure will drop to 55%. The entire volume of equipment is planned to be delivered before the start of the winter period of this year.

The project is being implemented within the framework of the Concept for the Development of the Manufacturing Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023 – 2029 and will provide 245 stable jobs.
