On October 24, 2025, in the conference hall of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC, Ermek Baymagambetov, Director of the Problem Assets Management Department of the Industrial Development Fund JSC, and Eldos Ezhembayev, Director of the Valuation Department, were honored with awards dedicated to Republic Day. During the official ceremony, the Certificates of Appreciation on behalf of Rustam Karagoyshin, Chairman of the Management Board of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC, were presented to the Fund’s representatives by Nurbolat Aydapkelov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Holding.
Ermek Baymagambetov holds degrees in engineering and law, as well as a master’s in public administration and business administration. He has been part of the Industrial Development Fund team since 2016. Under his leadership, the Problem Assets Management Department has achieved notable success, including significant improvements in the recovery of allocated funds and overall portfolio performance.
Mr. Baymagambetov has over 12 years of experience in public service, having worked in the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, he has more than 11 years of experience in the quasi-public sector within the Baiterek ecosystem.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to several major projects at Industrial Development Fund JSC, Kazakhstan Investment Fund JSC, and National Agency for Technological Development JSC, where he oversaw legal support for investment projects and managed the return of budgetary investments from distressed and problem assets.
Eldos Ezhembayev holds a degree in economics and graduated with honors from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. He joined the Industrial Development Fund in 2012 and has since grown from a senior appraiser in the Risk Management and Valuation Department to the head of the department. His professionalism, continuous self-development, and strong organizational and leadership skills led to his appointment as Director of the Valuation Department in 2019.
Under his leadership, the Valuation Department has achieved tangible results — the quality of the collateral portfolio has strengthened, valuation procedures have been enhanced, and internal business processes have been optimized.
With over 20 years of experience in the valuation field, Mr. Ezhembayev has worked across both commercial and quasi-public sectors, including KazAgroFinance JSC.
