With the support of Industrial Development Fund JSC a project for the construction of the Energy-Efficient Architectural Facade Plant was implemented in the industrial zone of Almaty at the request of Translucent Structures Plant LLP.
The plant for energy-efficient architectural facades, which began operations in 2020, specializes in the production of insulating glass units, windows, doors, stained glass panels, as well as PVC and aluminum products.
The plant consists of three production lines with warehouse facilities, totaling 10,000 square meters. It includes a line for manufacturing PVC structures, a line for aluminum products, and a line for assembling insulating glass units and processing glass.
All production lines are equipped with high-tech machinery purchased under the financing program of the Industrial Development Fund JSC.
The production capacity of the PVC manufacturing equipment is 129,600 square meters per year, the aluminum product manufacturing equipment is 108,000 square meters per year, and the insulating glass unit manufacturing equipment is 237,600 square meters per year.
The plant's equipment allows for the implementation of highly complex projects and cutting-edge solutions using innovative production technologies from leading Turkish, Italian, Russian, and Estonian manufacturers.
Since its launch, the plant has supplied window and door constructions for more than a hundred construction sites in the country, including the Ice Arena, the Almaty Theater, the 5,000-seat Athletic Village, and many others.
Today, the market for translucent structures evolves every year, adapting to new solutions from designers, architects, and construction companies. The Industrial Development Fund keeps pace with the times, supporting domestic manufacturing enterprises, thereby contributing to the industrial potential of the national economy.
