Industrial Development Fund JSC consistently and systematically integrates advanced digital solutions and artificial intelligence tools into its daily operations. This direction is one of the Fund’s key priorities, given its significant impact both on the operational efficiency of the financial institution and on its lessees.

One of the digital products developed and implemented by the Fund’s specialists is the “Intelligent Assistant” designed for automatic verification of financing applications within the Personal Account on the Fund’s official website: www.idfrk.kz.

In particular, the functionality of the “Intelligent Assistant” covers more than 300 parameters as part of the preliminary verification of lessees’ document packages, including:
1. Comparing data entered during the application process with documents attached at the final stage;
2. Cross-checking information from the business plan with supporting and related documents;
3. Verifying compliance of submitted documents with the established forms and requirements of Industrial Development Fund JSC;
4. Matching the composition and content of the document package depending on the business activity;
5. Monitoring the validity of documents at the time of application submission (ID validity, tax clearance certificates, etc.);
6. Checking completeness and accuracy of files (absence of empty or incorrectly uploaded documents).

Thus, potential lessees are promptly — almost in real time — notified of any inconsistencies in their documents and can correct them accordingly.

In addition, the implementation of the “Intelligent Assistant” enhances the efficiency of the Fund’s employees involved in reviewing and analyzing application packages. The tool serves as a supporting mechanism for preliminary verification of applications in terms of completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established requirements. Final assessment and decision-making remain the responsibility of authorized Fund employees. This approach reduces routine workload, optimizes the application review process, and allows specialists to focus on substantive analysis and expert evaluation of projects.

To date, the “Intelligent Assistant” has already analyzed 249 potential project applications.
