Industrial Development Fund JSC took part in the Global Islamic Finance Forum 2025

From October 13 to 17, 2025, the GLOBAL ISLAMIC FINANCE FORUM-2025 was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, focusing on building capacity in Islamic finance. The event featured speakers including Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, the leadership of the Islamic Development Bank, the Central Bank of Malaysia, and representatives of international Islamic financial institutions.

As part of the forum, the Islamic Development Bank, in collaboration with the Central Bank of Malaysia and the International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF University), organized a multilateral training program for the heads of the central banks of six IDB member countries: Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

The Kazakhstani delegation to the Global Islamic Finance Forum 2025 and the training program included Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Industrial Development Fund JSC, Zhanar Ibrasheva, and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Fund, Zulfia Zeynesheva.


The forum discussed such key aspects as liquidity management and financial instruments within Islamic banking operations, structuring of financial products and regulatory supervision, as well as other issues of the global financial agenda.

The event served as an open, interactive dialogue platform for sharing practical experience in the field of international finance, where participants discussed potential opportunities and prospects for the development of the Islamic financial market, as well as its role in supporting the sustainable growth of the global economy.
