JSC "IDF" financed a project for the production of dairy products

About 200 tons of milk will be produced daily by a new technological line from Butter-Del LLP, financed by the Industrial Development Fund JSC.
The branch of "Butter-Del" LLP in the city of Petropavlovsk, in order to expand the capacity of the plant, commissioned a fully automated line for the production and packaging of milk, including a set of equipment for the production of sour cream, fermented milk products, milk packaging in aseptic packaging type A3/Flex TBA 2000 of the world-famous TetraPak company and other equipment.
The equipment has a capacity of 200-250 tons of milk per day.
The technological line allows producing both milk and fermented milk products on the same equipment, as well as producing a wide range of other products - yoghurts, sour cream, etc
. The implementation of this project will not only increase the share of Butter-Del LLP in the milk market, but also expand the geography of kefir and sour cream sales. The company exports products to the markets of the Russian Federation, China, Estonia, Uzbekistan, the Kyrgyz Republic and Tajikistan.
Equipment suppliers are leading companies in Switzerland, Germany and Russia.
