Pavlodar Pipe Rolling Plant LLP has implemented a large-scale project for the comprehensive technical re-equipment of its production process, made possible through financial support from Industrial Development Fund JSC. A leasing arrangement has been secured for five years at an annual rate of 9%.

The domestic enterprise has acquired modern, high-performance equipment, including energy-efficient and environmentally friendly systems. This upgrade will enable the plant to expand its range of steel products, optimize its technological processes, and establish a zero-waste production model.

The modernization aims to increase the plant’s production capacity to 15,700 tons of steel pipes annually, along with organizing the production of 454 tons of steel wire per year.

The company plans to supply its metal products to both the domestic market and neighboring countries for export.

This steel output is in high demand for civil and industrial construction, the installation of engineering networks, water and gas pipelines, and heating systems.

Pavlodar Pipe Rolling Plant LLP was established in 2007 and has since accumulated significant expertise in manufacturing steel products with 100% local content. To date, in addition to its production facilities, the plant operates a robust distribution network with warehouses in the cities of Astana, Almaty, Pavlodar, Shymkent, and Atyrau.

The comprehensive modernization of the Pavlodar Pipe Rolling Plant, supported by Industrial Development Fund JSC will ensure the creation and preservation of 34 jobs and increase tax contributions to the state budget.
