On December 10–11, 2024, the Akmola, North Kazakhstan, Karaganda, and Kostanay Regional Emergency Departments, as well as the Emergency Departments of cities of Astana and Almaty, were provided with a total of 30 units of specialized "Skoda Kodiaq" vehicles of Kazakhstani production, thanks to the financial support of the Industrial Development Fund JSC, including:
- Akmola Regional ED – 5 vehicles;
- North Kazakhstan Regional ED – 5 vehicles;
- Karaganda Regional ED – 5 vehicles;
- Kostanay Regional ED – 5 vehicles;
- ED of Almaty city – 5 vehicles;
- ED of Astana city– 5 vehicles.
These modern, high-mobility vehicles are crucial for the operational rescue units of the ED to promptly reach incident sites, even under adverse climatic conditions, across challenging terrains, or in areas without roads.
As is well known, every minute counts when providing critical assistance. Emergency situations vary in nature but consistently demand immediate response, a fact underscored by the extensive experience of rescue service professionals.
