Since the beginning of 2024, the Industrial Development Fund JSC (part of the Baiterek NMH JSC group) has updated the country's public transport fleet with new buses in the amount of 156 units in the following cities and regions:
- Astana - 51 buses;
- Kostanay region - 15 buses;
- Mangystau region - 33 buses;
- Kyzylorda region - 40 buses;
- Aktobe region - 8 buses;
- Karaganda region - 4 buses;
- region Zhetіsu - 5 buses;
The new buses are equipped with air conditioning, fire extinguishers, surveillance cameras, video recording system, mechanical ramps for people with disabilities and meet high standards of safety and sustainability.
The leasing financing program for the renewal of the bus fleet allows the purchase of public transport of domestic production on preferential terms within the framework of the Concept for the Development of the Manufacturing Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2029 and the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 2, 2021 No. 604 "On approval of the Rules for financing extended obligations of manufacturers by the operator (importers) of the organization, fifty or more percent of the voting shares (interest in the authorized capital) which directly or indirectly belongs to the state and (or) the national management holding, to further finance projects in the manufacturing industry aimed at improving the state of the environment".
The main financing conditions for the renewal of the bus fleet in cities:
- term of leasing financing - up to 7 years;
- down payment (advance) on leasing - from 15%;
- remuneration rate - 7% per annum.

- remuneration rate - 0.01%.
