The volume of industrial production in Kazakhstan has been steadily increasing year by year. Karaganda Region, as an industrial hub, focuses on supporting and ensuring the full production cycle of goods.
For instance, with the support of the Industrial Development Fund, a project for the production of household appliances at the Silk Road Electronics plant in the industrial zone of Saran, Karaganda Region, has been implemented.
On an impressive area of 27,000 square meters, production lines for seven types of household appliances under the Artel brand have already been launched.
The range of products includes televisions, electric water heaters, kitchen stoves, vacuum cleaners, mini-ovens, kitchen hoods, and semi-automatic washing machines.
In the future, the plant plans to start manufacturing circuit boards for household appliances and televisions, as well as producing thermoplastic components.
The Fund's investments within the project have been directed toward the acquisition of high-tech equipment, which is produced and supplied from Italy, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, China, Uzbekistan, and other countries.
The enterprise aims to produce over 1 million units of household appliances annually.
The implementation of the project will create over 1,100 new jobs. This social impact not only makes the project a mechanism for producing multifunctional appliances but also a growth driver for both the region and the entire country.
Overall, the household appliance plant in Saran is more than just a manufacturing facility. It is an investment in the future, new technologies, new jobs, and a testament that important and innovative projects are being realized in our country with the support of the Industrial Development Fund.
