The Industry Development Fund supported the production of corrugated packaging in the Almaty region

Industrial Development Fund JSC (a subsidiary of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC) supported the project of the KZ Recycling company to modernize the corrugated packaging production line in the Almaty region.

The project is being implemented as part of the State Program for Industrial and Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025.

The Fund's investments are aimed at the purchase of specialized equipment with a capacity of up to 30 thousand tons of products per year.

This high-tech equipment of German, French and Swedish production will be used for the production of complex or flat die-cut corrugated packaging with three-color printing. Such packaging is in demand in many areas of industry, as it combines affordable cost and good performance, and also meets all environmental requirements for such products.

The implementation of the project will expand the range of products on the domestic market, provide additional tax revenues to the budget, and also create 65 new permanent jobs for residents of the region.
