By the decision of the Sole Shareholder and the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Fund JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Fund), the term of office of the Chairman of the Management Board, as well as the composition of the Management Board of the Fund, is determined for three years.
At the same time, we inform you about changes in the composition of the Board of the Fund.
On October 4 of the current year, Zeinesheva Zulfiya Khamzaevna was appointed as the new Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Fund.
Zeinesheva Zulfiya Khamzaevna in 1996 graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management named after T. Ryskulov with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 2018 she graduated from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade with a degree in Finance, Master of Economic Sciences
She began her career in 1996 as a leading inspector of the Department for work with large taxpayers in the Tax Committee for Pavlodar region.
From 2009 to 2022, she worked in various positions at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, starting from the Chief Manager of the Technical Analysis and Procurement Department of the Project Analysis and Monitoring Department to the Managing Director of the Credit Risk Department.
